چکیده
The pipeline spanning is triggered by the unevenness of seabed. cyclic fatigue loadings from subsequent scouring make be prone to failure which can cause loss integrity and even catastrophic accident. However, probabilistic modeling a free subsea challenging task due its dynamic characteristics uncertain information. This paper proposes methodology that could capture uncertainty time dependence scenario pipelines. Dynamic Bayesian Network (DBN) adopted develop accident finding causations derived events. probabilities basic are estimated fuzzy set evidence theory considering their characteristics. established model accumulation pipelines over entire service life assess probability at different slices. Besides, most credible figured out diagnostic ability model. A real-field case study used demonstrate application steps developed methodology. It observed useful tool analyze risk

assessment of the efficiency of s.p.g.c refineries using network dea
data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...
Probabilistic failure risk assessment for structural fatigue
A probabilistic methodology for evaluating failure risk, assessing service life, and establishing design parameters for structures subject to fatigue failure has been developed. In this methodology, engineering analysis is combined with experience from tests and service to quanti& failure risk. The methodology is particularly valuable when information on which to base design analysis or failure...
متن کاملInvestigation of the Effect of Local Buckling and VIV Fatigue on Failure Probability of Subsea Pipelines in Iranian South Pars Gas Field
Free-span occurs normally in a pipeline at uneven seabed, dynamic seabed and pipeline crossing. Free spanning in pipeline causes Vortex Induced Vibration (VIV) fatigue, fracture and bursting. In this paper, a pipeline located in South Pars Gas Field is assessed against local buckling and VIV fatigue using probability of failure theory based on the recommended methodology by Det Norske Veritas (...
متن کاملSubsea Free Span Pipeline Damage Detection Based on Wavelet Transform under Environmental Load
During their service life, marine pipelines continually accumulate damage as a result of the action of various environmental forces. Clearly, the development of robust techniques for early damage detection is very important to avoid the possible occurrence of a disastrous structural failure. Most of vibration-based damage detection methods require the modal properties that are obtained from mea...
متن کاملstatic versus dynamic assessment of l2 learners’ reading ability
dynamic assessment according to vygotskys sociocultural theory, states that instruction and assessment are interrelated. using static forms of assessment with second and foreign language students could do more harm than good. many teachers neglect to take account of the complexity involved in learning a second or foreign language and often wonder why learning of a language take so long. thi...
